JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition alleging police harassment. It is submitted that on the basis of the complaint by the 2nd respondent, police called the petitioner to the police station for enquiry. No crime is registered against the petitioner as it was only a matrimonial dispute. It is submitted that police will not harass the petitioner and even if crime is registered it will be investigated only according to law. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of.
