JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition alleging police harassment. The learned Government pleader on instructions submitted that when a complaint was received that was only enquired into and it was found to be a civil dispute. No crime is raised against the petitioner and it is also submitted that police will not harass the petitioner or will not interfere with civil dispute except as per the orders of the civil court. The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of.
