JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present grievance of the petitioner regarding the action taken by the Panchayat allegedly in violation of Annexure II Government Order cannot be the subject matter of a contempt case. It is hence dismissed without prejudice to the liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy in appropriate proceedings.
