JUDGEMENT

(1.) RESPONDENT is served but he has not entered appearance. Heard counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner is the wife of the respondent and she has sought for a transfer of O.P. No.128 of 2007. The transfer prayed for not being opposed by the respondent is allowed and O.P. No.128/2007 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad is ordered to be transferred to Family Court, Kottarakkara. This Transfer Petition is thus, allowed.
