JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kollam is at his heels with a view to arrest and harass the petitioner at the instance of two ladies by name Mrs.Jaya Mohan and Mrs.Vijaya Lakshmi.

(2.) LEARNED Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that eventhough a complaint has been lodged by the said ladies, no crime has been registered against the petitioner and that the petitioner has not so far been arrayed as an accused in the case. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
