(1.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner prays and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the dismissal of this writ petition will not in any way fetter his right to challenge any order passed against him by the bank under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcements of Security Interest Act, 2002.
