JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.162/07 of Kottakkal Police Station registered under Sections 362, 395 and 120 (B) of IPC. He is in custody since 03.05.2007.

(2.) Heard both sides.

(3.) It is hereby ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail on executing bond for Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below. He shall not in any manner interfere with the investigation. The petitioner is directed that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Friday at 10.a.m. until the final report is filed. The bail application is allowed.
