JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition alleging police harassment. It is submitted that there is a communal clash between two groups and crimes are registered against both sides. We are not expressing any opinion regarding the merits of the crimes registered and it has to be investigated only according to law. Police can take all measures to keep law and order in tact. But investigation should be strictly according to law. With the above observations this writ petition is disposed of.
