(1.) THE revision petitioner is the accused who stands convicted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act by both the courts below. THE petitioner has filed a compounding petition signed by both the parties and the respective counsel. THE same is allowed. THE matter stands compounded and the accused is acquitted. THE Crl.R.P.is allowed.
