JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.236/05 of Puthunagaram Police Station with respect to the offence under Section 55(a) of the Abkari Act. He is in custody. Heard both sides.

(2.) IT is hereby ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below. He shall not in any manner interfere with the investigation. The petitioner is directed that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Friday at 10.a.m. until the final report is filed. The application is allowed.
