JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Ernakulam Town North police are at her heels at the instance of one Jose Antony from Vaduthala.

(2.) LEARNED Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner and that the petitioner is not wanted by the said police in connection with the allegation made in the petition. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
