JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE find no infirmity or irregularity in the impugned judgment passed by the learned Single Judge. All the same, it is open to the appellant to resort to alternative remedy for settling the matter with the Bank. WE are sure, if a proper representation is made to the Bank, the Bank will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. With the above observation the writ appeal is disposed of.
