(1.) Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate police protection to her from all illegal acts of the third respondent, so as to have peaceful possession and abode in her house. She also seeks that Ext.P9 judgment of this Court needs to be obeyed by the third respondent.
(2.) Records reveal that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the third respondent. The petitioner is the owner of the house in question, bearing No.VII/311 of Parappanangadi Grama Panchayat. The third respondent has strained relationship with her husband, who is the son of the petitioner. She approached the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parappanangadi by filing M.C. No.31 of 2015. In the said case, an application came to be filed under Section 23(1) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which is numbered as C.M.P. No.1384 of 2015. The learned Magistrate granted Ext.P2 interim order on 6.2.2015, with the following directions:
(3.) It is relevant to note that the petitioner herein was a party in the above C.M.P. and M.C. Being aggrieved by Ext.P2 order dated 6.2.2015, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing O.P.(Crl.) No.100 of 2016, which came to be allowed on 28.6.2016 as per Ext.P9, with the following direction:
