JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents not to reopen the Akshaya Centre, which was functioning at Paika Junction close to the Akshaya Centre of the petitioner at Hospital Junction, Paika, in violation of the stipulations contained in Exts.P3 and P4 Government Orders.

(2.) Brief facts for the disposal of the writ petition are as follows:-

However, respondents in violation of the orders governing the field of starting new Akshaya Centres are taking steps to restart an Akshaya Centre at Paika Junction, which is hardly 400 meters away from the Akshaya Centre now being conducted by the petitioner. The above centre was closed down earlier due to want of requisite work in the area for sustaining the centre. According to the petitioner, the closed down centre is located very close to the centre of the petitioner at Hospital Junction, Paika.
