PRAMOD Vs. CHANDRA KUMAR @ MANIKYAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The petitioners herein are the accused Nos. 1 to 6 in Crime No.916 of 2016 of Kuthiyathode Police Station. The aforesaid case has been registered at the instance of the 1st respondent herein alleging offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 447 and 308 read with Section 149 of the IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that on 27.8.2016 the petitioners assaulted the 1st respondent with an iron rod and caused injuries.
