(1.) THE writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers :-

IT is for the petitioner to approach the first respondent, in which case, appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment along with an appropriate representation. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
