JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.64/2007 of Varappuzha Police Station registered under Sections 402, 201 of IPC and Section 20, 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2007.

(2.) Heard both sides.

(3.) It is hereby ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail on executing bond for Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below. He shall not in any manner interfere with the investigation. The petitioner is directed that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Friday at 10.a.m. until the final report is filed.
