(1.) SRI.K.Prabhakaran, the learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. SRI.Mathew G.Vadakkal, the learned Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
(2.) ON hearing, Sri.Shaji Thomas Porkkattil, the learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears to me that there is some genuineness in the grievance voiced by the petitioners in this writ petition. However, since a very comprehensive representation highlighting all the grounds has already been submitted by the petitioners as Ext.P7 before the Government and since Ext.P7 is pending, I do not propose to decide the issue. The Government will take up Ext.P7, consider the same in the light of all the relevant materials including Ext.P1 judgment of this court, which at paragraph 6 says that discriminatory approach shall be avoided while considering the case of the present petitioner and similarly circumstanced persons, hear one of the petitioners and take a correct and just decision on the same. This the Government will do at their earliest and at any rate within three months of their receiving a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
