(1.) THIS is a petition of Habeas Corpus. The alleged detenue was present. The School Certificate produced shows that she has attained the age of 18. She is a major studying for T.T.C. course. She stated that she is not under illegal custody and she has married the 4th respondent. Since she is a major she is free to go wherever she wants. Hence this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
