Crl.R.P.No1040/2025 is also one filed by Sri N.Satheesh Kumar, who is the 3rd accused in C.C.01/2016 on the files of Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Thiruvananthapuram arising from Crime No.7/2011 of VACB, Thiruvananthapuram, challenging order dtd. 22/9/2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1029/2025 in the above case.
