JUDGEMENT

(1.) The review petition is filed by the landlords. In fact, we have disposed of the matter without going to the disputed question of arrears of rent and the rate of rent payable with a direction to the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal itself by 20/2/2025. This Court, in fact, earlier noted that the rent arrears is Rs.12,65,672.00.

(2.) We make it clear that this Court had not decided in regard to the rate of rent or arrears of rent payable. All questions are left open. Therefore, any reference to the rate of arrears referred to in the order under review shall not be treated as conclusive and it is open for consideration by any court in an appropriate manner at an appropriate stage.
