(1.) W.P.(C) No.21460 of 2019 is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent, the Chief Regional Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. not to issue a Letter of Intent to the 5th respondent to start a petrol/diesel retail outlet.

(2.) W.P.(C) No.15234 of 2022 is filed challenging the NOC granted to the 5th respondent in W.P.(C) No.21460 of 2019, who is the 8th respondent in W.P.(C) No.15234 of 2022.

(3.) W.P.(C) No. 17950 of 2019 is also against the commissioning of the outlet by the 5th respondent in W.P.(C) No.21460 of 2019, who is the 7th respondent in W.P.(C) No. 17950 of 2019.
