JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed invoking the powers of this Court under Sec. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short, 'BNSS').

(2.) The petitioner herein is the accused No.2 in Crime No.721 of 2023 of the Balaramapuram Police station, Thiruvananthapuram registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 294(b), 506(1), 341, 323 r/w Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(3.) The prosecution allegation, as borne out from the records, are as under:
