JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application is filed under S.483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 ( for short 'BNSS').

(2.) Petitioner herein is the sole accused in Crime No. 215/2025 of Sreekaryam Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 376, 376(2)(n), 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 308(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS').

(3.) The prosecution case is that, during several occasions from the years 2022 to 2024, the accused had physical relationship with the defacto complainant against her will. Thus, the accused allegedly committed the above offences.
