JUDGEMENT

(1.) This transfer petition has been filed to transfer M.C.No.255/2023 on the files of the Family Court, Kozhikode to the Family Court, Kannur.

(2.) I have heard both sides.

(3.) The petitioner is the wife and the 1st respondent is the husband. It is submitted that O.P.No.663/2023 between the petitioner and the 1st respondent is now pending before the Family Court, Kannur. Moreover, the petitioner is a resident of Kannur.
