JUDGEMENT

(1.) Kerala Public Service Commission is before us challenging Ext.P6 order of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.354 of 2015 by which, the application submitted by the first respondent has been allowed.

(2.) The short facts necessary for the disposal of this case are the following:

(3.) As per the notification, the minimum height required for the post is 165.10cms (5.5 feet). At the physical measurement/physical efficiency test held on 31.12.2014, the first respondent's height was recorded as 163.9cm. Therefore, though he satisfied all the other physical requirements, he failed for the reason that his height was deficient. The first respondent alleged that, the measurement of his height was not taken properly and that he had been deliberately made to fail in the physical measurement/physical efficiency test. The first respondent therefore, approached the KAT challenging his exclusion.
