JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE registration of certain persons under the Kerala Headload Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Scheme, 1983 (for short, "the Scheme"), on the strength of some documents, claiming to be the dependents of the employees of KB -4 Pool coming under the Assistant Labour Officer, Thiruvananthapuram, which is the registering authority under Rule 26 of the Kerala Headload Workers Rules, 1981 (for short, "the Rules"), is the subject matter of these writ petitions.
