JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE petitions relate to the functioning of an ice factory within the local limits of Thrikkakkara Municipality.

(2.) ARGUMENTS have been heard.

(3.) AS the main objection of the local residents were on account of the alleged pollution, the Kerala State Pollution Control Board was suo motu impleaded as additional respondents during the pendency of these writ petitions.
