JUDGEMENT

(1.) The application is filed under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for an order of pre-arrest bail.

(2.) The petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.11/2024 of the Assistant Excise Commissioner Office, Ernakulam, for allegedly committing an offence under Sec.67 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
