JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.521 of 2018 of Njarakkal Police Station, Ernakulam which is now pending as L.P.No.20 of 2021 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Njarakkal. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Ss. 323, 324, 326 and 308 r/w Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(2.) After the alleged incident, petitioner had absconded and did not appear before the court. Due to his absence, the case against him was split up and has been transferred to the Long Pending Register. Petitioner is now willing to appear before the court and participate in the trial. The proceedings under Ss. 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have already been initiated.
