JUDGEMENT

(1.) The order passed by the Sub Court, Kannur dismissing I.A.No.1530/2014 filed for the re-admission of A.S.No.147/2012 of that court, which was dismissed for default on 21/8/2014, is under challenge in this F.A.O.

(2.) The above appeal (A.S.No.147/2012) was filed challenging the decree and judgment of the Additional Munsiff's Court, Kannur in O.S.No.202/2007.

(3.) On an earlier occasion, the said appeal was dismissed for default on 3/4/2013, and thereafter readmitted on 5/11/2013 as per order in I.A.No.763/2013 of the Sub Court, Kannur.
