JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for bail filed under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.579 of 2024 of Kodakara Police Station, Thrissur. He allegedly had committed the offences punishable under Ss. 55 (a), 55(i) and 58 of Kerala Abkari Act I of 1077.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
