JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.304/2021 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Haripad. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Ss. 143, 144, 147, 148, 341, 342, 363 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(2.) Due to non-appearance of the petitioner, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against him. Even though petitioner is willing to appear and participate in the trial, he apprehends that he will be remanded to custody.

(3.) Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, I am of the view that this Crl.M.C. can be disposed of with a direction.
