JUDGEMENT

(1.) R.S.A.No.81 of 2024 is at the instance of the plaintiffs in O.S.No.866/2017 on the files of Munsiff Court, Alappuzha and the sole defendant is the respondent in this appeal.

(2.) R.S.A.No.725 of 2023 is at the instance of the defendants in O.S.No.656/2017 on the files of Additional Munsiff Court, Alappuzha, and the sole plaintiff is the respondent in this appeal. The appellants assail common verdict in A.S.No.3 of 2021 and A.S.No.4 of 2021 as well as common verdict in O.S.No.656/2017 and O.S.No.866/2017 respectively.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellants on admission. Perused the verdicts under challenge.
