JUDGEMENT

(1.) The application is filed under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Code'), for an order of pre-arrest bail.

(2.) The petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.1234/2022 by the Vanchiyoor Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, registered against the accused for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Ss. 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Heard; Sri.Ajeesh S. Brite, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.C.S.Hrithwik, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
