JUDGEMENT

(1.) EXT .P6 order, rejecting the petitioner's application for sanction of a revised permit, is under challenge in this writ petition.

(2.) THE petitioner is the owner in possession of 50.759 cents of land in Sy.No.504/2P of Ollur Village, Thrissur Taluk. The petitioner submitted an application for revised building permit before the respondents which was rejected by Ext.P6 on the ground that the land is zoned as paddy field in the Master Plan for Thrissur Corporation.
