JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner was a member of the teaching staff of the St. Thomas College, Trichur, a first Grade College affiliated to the University of Madras and the counter petitioner is the Manager of that institution. The petitioner's services were terminated by an order of the management dated the 10th June 1953 and the prayer in the petition is worded as follows:-
