JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is the 5th accused in C.C.No.233 of 2016 of the Court of the Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Muvattupuzha, which is now pending as L.P.No.5 of 2022.

(2.) The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Ss. 13(1), (c) r/w 13(2) of P.C. Act and Ss. 420, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC.

(3.) Non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady aged 64 years. She is a maid servant.
