JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application filed u/s 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.10/2023 of Adoor Police Station. The offence alleged is punishable under Sec. 326 of the IPC.

(3.) The prosecution case in short is that, on 22/12/2022 between 12.00 pm and 1.00 pm, the petitioner assaulted his classmate Abhijith with an unknown object whereby the tooth of Abhijith were dislocated and thereby committed the offences.
