JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this matter, release of the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-55 J 1857 involved in Crime No.594/2022 of Koothuparamba Police Station, alleging offences punishable under Sec. 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, is sought for.

(2.) At the time of admission herein, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition on the submission that the petitioner shall file an application under Sec. 451 of Cr.P.C. before the Special Court and if he is aggrieved by the order, if any, in the said petition, his liberty to challenge the same is kept in tact.
