JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. R.Krishna Raj learned Advocate instructed by Smt. E.S.Soni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Sri, Santhosh P.Poduval learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Thrikkoor Grama Panchayat appearing for 4th respondent. Though respondents 5 and 6 had been duly served with notice, the said parties have not entered appearance through counsel, however, we have interacted with the representatives of 5 th respondent.
