JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the accused in Crime No.419 of 2022 of Ernakulam Town North Police Station.

(2.) The offences alleged are punishable under Ss. 376(2) (n), 354 and 354D(1) of IPC and Ss. 66E, 67 and 67A of Information Technology Act, 2000.

(3.) At the time of filing this anticipatory bail application, the petitioner was at abroad. Coercive step has already been initiated against him. It is submitted that look out notice is pending.
