JUDGEMENT

(1.) The original petition is filed to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Adoor, to consider and dispose of OS No.67/2019, within a reasonable time period.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 18/1/2023 passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, by communication dtd. 23/1/2023, has informed this Court that the suit stands posted for framing of issues to 15/3/2023. The court below requires three months' time to dispose of the suit after the completion of pre-trial steps.

(3.) Heard; Sri.Kishore.D, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even though notice has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents before the court below, there is no appearance for them.
