JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

(2.) Petitioners are husband and wife. Their son Ananthu, who was aged 24 years, was found dead by hanging on a ceiling fan on 23/6/2023. An FIR was registered at Pothencode police station on 23/6/2023 as Crime No.1108 of 2023 under Sec. 174 of Cr.PC. Ext P1 is the FIR along with FI statement. According to the petitioners, deceased Ananthu was a polytechnic graduate. There were some financial transactions between the petitioners and one couple by name Anilkumar and Soumya. The deceased Ananthu also had financial transactions with them. It is the case of the petitioners that they used to harass the deceased and he was forced to commit suicide on account of the abetment by them. The investigation is not conducted in this angle is the grievance. The petitioners approached the authorities and there is no response. Hence this writ petition.
