JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed under Sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ("the Code" for the sake of brevity).

(2.) The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 to 2 in Crime No.774/2023 of Kadakkal Police Station, Kollam District. The above case is registered alleging offences punishable under Ss. 341, 323, 324 r/w Sec. 34 IPC.

(3.) The prosecution case is that the petitioners wrongfully restrained the victim and assaulted him.
