JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application filed under Sec. 438 of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.)

(2.) The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.76 of 2022 of Valiyamala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram. The above case is registered against the petitioners alleging offences punishable under Ss. 120(b), 406, 416, 417, 420 and read with Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) When this bail application came up for consideration on 24/1/2023, this Court directed the learned Public Prosecutor to get instructions.
