JUDGEMENT

(1.) The original petition is filed, inter alia, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Karunagapally, to consider and dispose of EP No.114/2016 in OS No.329/2015, within a time frame.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 3/3/2022 passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, by communication dtd. 8/3/2022, has informed this Court that the applications that were pending in the suit could be disposed of on or before 31/5/2022.

(3.) Today, when the original petition was taken up for consideration, Sri.Hari Kumar G Nair, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that all the applications filed in the suit have been dismissed. Now, the execution petition is being protracted by the respondent. Therefore, there may be a direction to the court below to dispose of the applications, as expeditiously as possible. 3. Heard;, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no appearance for him.
