JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed u/s 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail.

(2.) The applicant is the accused in Crime No.94/2023 of Muvattupuzha Excise Range Office, Ernakulam. The offences alleged are punishable under Ss. 55(i) and 67 B of the Kerala Abkari Act.

(3.) The prosecution case, in short, is that on 16/11/2023 at 6.30 a.m., the applicant was found transporting 3 litres of IMFL in contravention of the Abkari Act and Rules and thereby committed the offence.
