JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS original petition is for stay of proceedings in O.S.No.510 of 2011 of the Munsiff's Court, Cherthala pending disposal of the original petition and for a direction to the learned Munsiff not to consider or pass orders on Ext.P10, application until Exts.P8 and P9, appeals filed in the Sub Court, Cherthala are disposed of.

(2.) RESPONDENT /plaintiff filed O.S.No.510 of 2011 in the Munsiff's Court, Cherthala for a decree for prohibitory injunction and prayed for an interim order of injunction on the same line vide I.A.No.3042 of 2011. An interim order was passed in that application.

(3.) LEARNED Munsiff by Ext.P7, common order allowed I.A.Nos.1295 of 2012 and 3402 of 2011.
