JUDGEMENT

(1.) ADMIT .

(2.) RESPONDENTS appear through the Assistant Central Government Counsel.

(3.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, he is entitled to the scale of Rs.5000-8000 w.e.f. 1.1.1996 and is also to be given pay band of PB-II (Rs.8700-34800) with grade pay of Rs.4200. Though the decisions of the courts in this regard are in-rem, the 2nd respondent confined it to those persons who obtained orders from the Court. Petitioner claims benefit of the 6th pay revision as aforesaid.
